Pat has a degree in Social Work and Social Policy. She is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and trained individual and couple and therapist. She is also an initiated Reiki and accredited sound healing practitioner. Her reputation is strong with a career spanning twenty+ years in the helping profession.

A proud mother of two, Pat has worked as a clinician and manager in numerous government and non-government settings. An intuitive practitioner, Pat provides an integrative, holistic approach to her counselling and energy healing practice combining professional skills and experience coupled with her own 'lived' experience and spiritual practice.

 

Pat supports individuals and couples using various proven evidence-based and holistic therapeutic approaches. She is passionate about the use of ancient complementary healing practices that go beyond conventional methods. This includes Reiki, sound healing and soul oracle insight sessions which bring clarity, rebalancing of energy, and promotion of natural healing.

Pat dedicates herself to empowering people to gain a better sense of themselves, reconnecting them with their authentic needs and wants using a humanistic, compassionate, and person-centred approach. She empowers individuals and couples to successfully work through difficult life transitions, traumatic experiences, clear blockages, and negative energy to heal and reconnect to a more balanced, aligned and happier version of themselves.

 

Pat’s counselling and holistic energy healing practice is located in the north-west suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria. Sessions are available both in person and online.
